The knife blade made of stainless chrome high-grade steel is very sharp and with a sawing cross section provided. It is easily curved and so always provides for an optimal gumption angle to the meat.

The clinched plastic handle from polypropylene is shatterproof, cooking- and dishwasher-firm.
The knife blades of the series 1 are 0.1 mm thicker than the knife blades of the series 0, and thereby more solidly.
